ABOUT
Kutana is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that focuses on educating young individuals on the art of professional networking in the modern era. Kutana specifically focuses on marginalized groups, as many teenagers within these communities lack the knowledge and guidance to navigate their career aspirations effectively. Kutana aims to connect young people with experienced professionals who can provide insights and guidance on achieving their goals.

Young adults possess talents in various areas but struggle with transforming those talents into viable careers. By offering a platform where they can explore a range of industries, Kutana facilitates an understanding of diverse career paths and companies, empowering them to leverage their existing talents effectively.

We organize professional networking events in K-12 and post-secondary educational institutions, places of worship, and community centers, inviting a diverse range of local industry experts who are passionate about empowering young adults. Our goal is to create opportunities for them to gain valuable insights into different work environments including: the chance to ask questions, engage in job shadowing, or even secure internships. Each event is tailored to the requested needs of the young adults being addressed.

Currently, all Kutana events and services are offered free of charge. You take care of providing the venue and the audience, and our team will take care of the rest. We believe in removing financial barriers and ensuring accessibility for everyone who wishes to engage with Kutana.
